NOTE : For diamonds and precious
stones, entitlement may be arrived at separately on the basis of overall
average of per carat realisation. For
semi-precious/synthetic stones and pearls, the entitlement may be worked out on
an individual basis. The total will be the value of the Gem Replenishment Licence.
