Barhni (UP) Notified for Drawback

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.208/1977-Customs, dated the 1^st October, 1977, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 1318, dated the 1^st October, 1977, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in condition (ii), for the words “Jaigaon, Moreh or Nepalgunj Road”, the words “Jaigaon, Moreh, Nepalgunj Road or Barhni” shall be substituted.
