JNCH Commissionerates Observes Special Drive for Pending SAD Refund Claims from 16 Jan to 31 Jan 2019

Sub: SAD Refund Drive from 16th January, 2019to 31st January, 2019 for ascertaining the pendency of SAD Refund claims.

Kind attention to all importers, Customs Brokers and other stakeholders is invited to pending Refund SAD paid on imports.

2. The Commissioner of Customs NS-III, JNCH has decided to intensify the efforts to ascertain and disposal of all pending SAD refund claims by observing a special drive " SAD Refund" to be observed from 16th January, 2019 to 31st January, 2019 including Saturday.

3. Further, all Importers, Customs Brokers and other Stakeholders are advised to submit their reply and required documents against the Deficiency Memos issued to them for their refund.

5. The location of the 06 SAD Sections is as under:-

SAD-I, II & III:- B-201, B Wing, 2nd Floor, JNCH, Nhava Sheva. SAD-IV, V, VI :-A wing, 4th Floor, JNCH, Nhava Sheva.

6. All Importers, Stakeholders & Custom Brokers are requested to submit the required documents in SAD Refund Section as prescribed in the Notification No.

102/2007 dated 14.09.2007 read with Notification 93/2008 dated 01.08.2008. All the importers, Customs Brokers and Stakeholders are also requested to approach the section for the cases where Commissioner Appeals has remanded the matter to Refund Sanctioning Authority or Refund Submitted but O-in-O not received or O-in-O issued
