Last Date for Filing FORM GSTR-7 for the month Oct-Dec 2018 Extended till 28 Feb 2019

[Notification No. 07/2019 – Central Tax dated 31 January 2019]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 66/2018-Central Tax, dated the 29^th November, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 1150(E), dated the 29^th November, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters “the 31^st day of January, 2019”, the words, figures and letters “the 28^th day of February, 2019” shall be substituted.
