Condition (7):
The import of the pesticides will be subject to a Certificate of Registration
issued by Central Insecticides Board & Registration Committee (CIB&RC)
under Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare and also non-prohibition
for import under Insecticides Act, 1968.

Effect of the Notification:
The import of Glufosinate and its salts falling under
HS Codes 38089193, 38089199, 38089361 , 38089391, 38089399, 380899 12, 38089991
and 38089999 of Chapter 38 of Schedule I (Import Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022,
shall be Restricted where the combined amount of the CIF value and applicable
anti-dumping duty, calculated on a per kilogram basis, is less than INR 1,154;
such restriction shall be operative for a period of six months from the date of
publication of this notification.

S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred
by Section 3 read with Section 5 of Foreign Trade (Development &
Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade
Policy (FTP) 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby
revises the Import Policy and Import Policy Condition of the following ITC(HS)
Codes covered under Chapter 38 of ITC (HS) 2022 , Schedule-I (Import Policy), up to six months from the date of
publication of this notification, as under:
