In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4
of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of
Procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade
hereby makes the following
additions/amendments in the Schedule of DEPB Rates (as amended from time
to time) with immediate effect:
1. Product Group: Engineering (Product Code: 61)
New DEPB rate for the following product shall be
added after Sl. No. 611 of Product Group “Engineering Products” (Product Code:
61):-
