Restricted Policy on Peas Import Extended by Three More Months till 30 Sept. 2018

Effect of this Notification: Restriction on import of Peas classified under Exim Code 0713 10 00 (including Yellow peas, Green peas, Dun peas and Kaspa peas) is extended for a further period of three months, i.e, till 30.09.2018.

Subject - Amendment in import policy of Pea s under Chapter 7 of the ITC(HS) 2017, Schedule- l (Import Policy).

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1. 02 and 2. 01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby, makes the following amendment in ITC (HS) 2017, Schedule 1 (Import Policy).

2. The restriction on import of Peas classified under Exim Code 0713 10 00 (including Yellow peas, Green peas, Dun peas and Kaspa peas,) effective till 30/06/2018 as per the Notification No. 04/2015-2020 dated 25/04/2018, is further extended till 30th September, 2018.
