Effect
of this Public Notice:
The Para 9.03 of HBP 2015-20 has been amended to disallow supplementary claim
under Chapter 3 schemes.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph
2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade
hereby amends the Para 9.03 of the Hand book of Procedures (2015-2020) as under:-

Wherever
any application for supplementary claim is received, within specified time
limits, such applications may also be considered after imposing a cut @2% on
the entitlement. |

chapter 3 of the FTP 2015-20 would be admissible. |
