Three More Months till 30th Sept for Govt Support to
Cover Loss on Gulf Exports through ECGC Insurance

The Central Government has extended the eligibility period under Component II of the
Export Promotion Mission (EPM) – Resilience & Logistics Intervention for
Export Facilitation (RELIEF) until 30 September 2026.

The extension aims to support Indian exporters and mitigate logistics disruptions
caused by the continuing West
Asia crisis.

The amendment has been issued through Notification No. 65/2025-26,
under the provisions of the Foreign
Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 and the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023.

Paragraph 7.2 of the Annexure to the notification
has been amended to extend the eligibility
period for shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under
Component II.

The measure is intended to enhance utilisation of the RELIEF intervention
and strengthen trade
resilience amid ongoing regional disruptions.

All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated 19
March 2026 remain unchanged.

Effect of this Notification:
The eligibility timelines under Component II of the EPM RELIEF intervention are
extended up to 30th September 2026 to support Indian exporters and mitigate
logistics challenges arising out of the continuing West Asia Crisis.
Subject: Amendment to Notification No. 65/2025-26
for extension of timelines under Component II of Resilience & Logistics Intervention
for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) Intervention - reg.
S.O. (E): In exercise of powers conferred
under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992,
read with paras 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from
time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Notification No.
65/2025-26 dated 19.03.2026 relating to the Resilience & Logistics Intervention
for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).
In Para 7.2 of Annexure to Notification No.
65/2025 -26 of the eligibility and validity criteria under Component II, the eligibility
period shall stand extended upto 30th September 2026 for shipments meant for delivery
or transshipment under the intervention, to enhance utilization and facilitate trade
resilience.
All other provisions of Notification No.
65/2025 -26 dated 19.03.2026 (as amended from time to time) shall remain unchanged.
