Restricted List; Only Export for Non-Fuel Allowed Against Licence

Effect
of this Notification:
Export Policy of bio-fuels is revised from 'Free' to 'Restricted' as per the
National Policy on Biofuels - 2018.
Subject:
Export Policy of Bio-fuels.
In
exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with
paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from
time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the export policy of
biofuels under Chapter 27 of ITC (HS), 2018, Schedule- 2 (Export Policy).
2.
New entries at Sl. No. 115A, 115B and 115C are inserted in Chapter 27 of
Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import Items as follows:
