No Late Cut for Linen Export in 63029100 during Six months of 1 April-30 Sept 2015 Period

Effect of Public Notice: - The HS Code 63029100 has been made eligible for MEIS for the period 01.04.2015 to 30.09.2015 with the same eligibility conditions, without late cut, as was applicable for HS Code 63029190 (MEIS Sl no. 2762 in the Public Notice 02/2015-20 dated 01.04.2015) in the said period.

Subject: Provision for US Code 63029100 under MEIS incentives for the period 01.04.2015 to 30.09.2015

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Appendix 3B, Table 2 as notified vide Public Notice 02 dated 01.04.2015.

2. The HS Code 63029100 is being made eligible for MEIS incentives at the same rate and to the same markets as was available for HS Code 63029190 (MEIS Sl no. 2762 in the Public Notice 02/2015-20 dated 01.04.2015) for exports made in the period 01.04.201 5 to 30.09.2015 only without late cut.
