Effect of this Public Notice: The Para 5.14(b) of Hand book of Procedures 2015-20 amended to facilitate intimation to Regional Authorities without digital signature.

Subject: Regarding intimation to Regional Authorities about Block-wise fulfilment of EO under the EPCG Scheme.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade in public interest hereby makes the following amendment in the Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20:

The Authorisation holder would intimate the Regional Authority on the fulfilment of the export obligation, as well as average exports, within three months of completion of the block, by secured electronic filing using digital signatures.
