Effect of this Public Notice: The Para 5.14(b) of Hand book of Procedures 2015-20
amended to facilitate intimation to Regional Authorities without digital signature.
Subject: Regarding
intimation to Regional Authorities about Block-wise
fulfilment of EO under the EPCG Scheme.
In exercise
of the powers conferred under Paragraph
1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy
(FTP) 2015-20, the Director General
of Foreign Trade in public
interest hereby makes
the following amendment in the
Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20:
