Export Ban on Wheat Flour and their Products Lifted with Immediate Effect

Effect of this Notification: The export policy of Wheat flour and related products falling under the HS Code 11010000 is revised from 'Prohibited' to 'Free' with immediate effect.

Subject: Amendment in the Export Policy of Wheat Flour and related products.

S.O. (E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Export Policy of Wheat Flour and related products under Schedule 2 of the ITC (HS) Export Policy:

1101 0000	Wheat or Meslin Flour (Atta), Maida, Samolina (Rava / Sirgi), Wholemeal atta and resultant atta	Prohibited	Free

2. The export policy of the above-mentioned products/items shall accordingly be 'Free' with immediate effect.
