MEIS of 20% on Cheese, Milk and Butter for the Next Three Months till 12 January 2019

Effect of this Public Notice: The MEIS benefit for certain items have been enhanced to 20%, from the current 10%, for exports made from the date of publication of this Public Notice to 12.01.2019.

Subject: Amendments in the Appendix 38 of the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (METS)

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1 .03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Appendix 38 Table 2, as amended from time to time.

2. The rates of the following products/ ITC HS Codes under MEIS are enhanced to 20% from the current 10% in the Appendix 3B, Table 2 for exports made between the date of issue of this public Notice to 12.01.2019.
