Effect of this Notification: Export Policy of Fertilizers have been revised and
items under ‘Restricted’ category moved to ‘ Free’ category subject to prior
permission / No Objection Certificate (NOC) to be obtained by the manufacturers
/exporters from the Department of Fertilizers, and compliance of other laid
down conditions.

Export Policy of Fertilisers under Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification of
Export and Import Items 2018
S.O.(E) In exercise of the powers conferred by
Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992), as amended, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2015-2020, the Central Government hereby makes the amendments, with immediate
effect, in Chapter 31 of ITC(HS) Classification -Schedule 2 (Export Policy):
2. The existing entries against Chapter 31 of ITC(HS)
Classification – Schedule 2 (Export Policy) will be substituted as under (changes
made are in bold letters).:
