Effect of this Public Notice: Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), is enlisted under Appendix 2E of FTP, 2015-2020 for issuing Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).

Subject: Enlistment of Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority's (APEDA)'s Regional Offices located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata and Guwahati under Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)).

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorize the agency as below to issue GSP Certificate and Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix 2-E:
