MEIS of 5% for Sal Oil, Kokam Oil and Mango Butter

Effect of this Public Notice: Sal Oil, Kokam Oil and Mango Butter (cultivated) have been made eligible for MEIS benefits at the rate of 5% for exports made with effect from the date of publication of this Public Notice.

Subject: Amendments in the Appendix 3B, Table 2 of the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS)

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Appendix 3B Table 2 notified vide Public Notice 61/2015-20 dated 07.03.2017 and as amended from time to time.

2. The following HS Codes arc incorporated in the MEIS Appendix 3B, Table 2

3. These two MEIS Sl. Nos. arc also added in the Annexure to the Public Notice 62 dated 16.02.2018 with effect from the date of publication of this Public Notice. The benefits would be granted under MEIS only if the description of these items in the Shipping Bill is as per the description in Table 2 to Appendix 3B.
