No Fees Leviable on Amendment of Export Manifest in Relation to the Shipping Bills Filed from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018 in ICDs

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 151, read with clause (1) of sub-section (2) of section 158, of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Centro! Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further lo amend the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Regulations, 1970, namely. -

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Levy of Fees (Customs Documents) Amendment Regulations, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the said regulations, after regulation 4, the following regulation shall be added namely:

"Regulation 5. Amendment of Export manifest in certain case- No fees shall be levied under these regulations in respect of an export manifest when the manifest is amended or supplemented with entries relating to the Shipping bills flied from 1^st July, 2017 to 30^th June, 2018 in Inland Container Depots."
