Import Quantity in SION Rationalised for Builder Bag

Effect of this Public Notice: Quantities of import item at SI. No.1 have been rationalised for different categories of exports of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers.

Subject: Amendment in Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) at S.No. H-97

In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes amendments in SION H-97 and the revised SION H-97 reads as under:

Packing Material

As per packing policy

Note :-

i) If item of export is Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (Attachment Bag), the import item at serial No.1 (Polypropylene Granules) may be allowed as 1.12Kg/Kg content in export content. Rest of the import items remain unchanged.

ii) If item of export is Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (Baffle Bag), the import item at serial No.1 (Polypropylene Granules) may be allowed as 1.13Kg/Kg content in export content. Rest of the import items remain unchanged.

iii) If export item is of Food Grade, additional wastage of 1% may be allowed on import item at serial No.1 (Polypropylene Granules).

iv) If export item is Printed, additional wastage of 1% may be allowed on import item at serial No.1 (Polypropylene Granules).
