$700mn Solar Cells Export from India to US by Mundra Solar to Face 100% Plus Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy Duty, Injury Determination before ITC on 14 Oct

The Commerce Department on Friday announced its final affirmative determinations that crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from India, Indonesia and Laos are being dumped in the US market and subsidized.

Commerce found dumping margins of 123.04 percent for India, 94.36 percent for Indonesia and 65.43 percent for Laos.

Final subsidy rates are 126.09 for India, 73.20 percent to 173.70 percent for Indonesia and 82.03 percent to 153.67 percent for Laos.

The International Trade Commission is slated to make its final determination on whether the imports are causing harm to US producers on October 14.
