Appointment of Nodal officer for acting as a single point contact with DGGST,
New Delhi
The
DGGST have been created by the Board for smooth implementation of GST in India.
As
per the mandate given to DGGST vide Board's officer order No. 09/Ad.IV/2017 dated 02.08.2017, DGGST inter alia is required
to act as a think tank and an intermediary between the CBEC and Field
formations, examining the issues relating to GST on the basis of inputs received
from trade, professionals and other stake holders and forwarding the suggestion to GST policy
wing of CBEC.
In
view of above, it is requested to appoint a nodal officer from your Zone of the
rank of Additional/Joint Commissioner for acting as a single point of contact
with DGGST, New Delhi.

to this Directorate by Email at cbec.dqgst@iceqate.gov.in at
the earliest.
