Excise Returns for April 2019 Extended to 10 May 2019 for Change over to New Site

Extension of time limit for filing of Monthly Return for production and removal of goods and other relevant particulars and CENVAT credit specified in Form ER-1 and specified in ER-2.

Sub: Notification of change of Departmental Portal for e-filing of Registration, Returns etc. under Central Excise.

The undersigned is directed to refer to your office letter F. No. V (33)/15/2016-System/804 dated 02.05.2019 on the above mentioned subject.

II. In the matter, please find enclosed herewith Order No. 01/2019 Central Excise dated 08/05/2019 regarding extending the date of filling the ER-1/ER-2 for the month of April- 2019 for uploading the same on the website of CBIC. Further, as there is no separate link for uploading orders under Central Excise head, the same may be uploaded in the link of "Instruction" under Central Excise.

III. Moreover, a ticker may be inserted with the instruction "Extended date of filing of ER-1/ER-2 return for the month of April 19 extended from 10.05.2019 to 10.06.2019". Apart from it, a hyperlink may also be created on this message connecting the relevant order uploaded in the "Instruction" column.
