Ceramic Tiles from India to suffer Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy Action in Feb 2025

The Commerce Department announced yesterday its preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation of ceramic tile from India.

Commerce found subsidy rates of 3.05 percent to 3.15 percent.

Commerce is conducting a concurrent antidumping duty investigation of ceramic tile from India. The final determination of the CVD investigation is aligned with the final determination of the companion AD investigation, currently scheduled for February 5, 2025, unless extended.
