Chinese Door
Panels Cause Injury to US Industry, Staff Anti-dumping and CVD on the Anvil
[ABS News Service/10.07.2026]
A US industry is
being materially injured by imports of fiberglass door panels from China, the International
Trade Commission concluded yesterday.
The Commerce
Department previously determined the imports are sold at less than fair value and
subsidized by the government of China.
As a result of
the Commission’s affirmative determinations, Commerce will issue antidumping and
countervailing duty orders.
Commerce last
month found dumping margins ranging from 41.82 percent to 147.85 percent and subsidy
rates of 58.50 percent to 186.46 percent.
