In the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare No. G.S.R. 426(E), dated 19^th May, 2010 published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) at pages 1-22 of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary and read with Corrigendum G.S.R. 263(E), dated 30^th March, 2011, at page 1, sub-rule (2) of rule 1, shall read as follows, -

“(2) They shall come into force with effect from 1^st day of April, 2012.”
