DGTR Initiates Antidumping Investigation on Pentaerythritol from China, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan on Kanoria Chemicals Complaints

· Previous Anti-dumping Duty on China by Notification 31-ADD dated 29 June 2017 Expired on 28 June 2022, Fresh Investigation initiated after six months cooling period

· Kanoria has monopoly, Asian Paints, the other producer does not join complaint, it uses the chemical for Inhouse
