Typographical Corrections in Exporters Names in the Flax Yarn Anti-dumping Case

[DGTR Notification Corrigendum dated 20 November 2018]

Subject: Corrigendum to Notification No. 6/3/2018-DGAD dated 18.9.18 regarding Anti dumping investigation concerning imports of 'Flax Yarn of below 70 Lea Count' originating in or exported from China PR.

File No. 6/3/2018-DGAD: Having Regard to Customs Tariff Act, 1 975 as amended from time to time and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped articles and for Determination of injury) Rules, 1 995 as amended from time to time, the DGTR issued Final Finding vide Notification No. 6/3/2018-DGAD dated 18.9.18 regarding imports of Flax Yam of below 70 Lea Count' originating in or exported from China PR. Accordingly Customs Notification 53/2018-Customs(ADD) dated 18.10.2018 was issued.

"2. After examination of the request for correction m the name of co-operating producer/exporter, it has been found that it is typographical error, therefore, Authority recommends endorsement of following corrections in the Final Finding Notification No. 6/3/2018- DGAD. Accordingly, in para 100 pertaining to duty table, the names of producer and exporter should be read as:

a. The name of the exporter is correctly reflected at Serial No 6 in Column 6 as 'Ningbo Winway Co. Ltd' and Customs may amend the same in their notification.

b. The name at Serial No 5 in column 5 and 6 should be read as 'Hangzhou Shanglu Silk Co., Ltd'.
