Post initiation of the subject investigation, the domestic industry has not
provided necessary information to the Authority. Therefore, the Authority notes
that there is no sufficient evidence of dumping and injury to justify the continuation
of the investigation in accordance with Rule 14 (b) of AD Rules. The Authority
also notes that when interested party does not provide necessary information,
the Authority is required to proceed on the basis of facts available in accordance
with Rule 6(8) of AD Rules. Thus, due to lack of required data, the Authority
is unable to make any determination regarding evidence of dumping and injury to
the domestic industry.

Therefore, the Authority is constrained to terminate the present investigation
in terms of Rule 14(b) read with Rule 6 (8) of the AD Rules.
