Gujarat Government Launches State Electro Component Policy with 100% Matching Incentives

The main features and incentives of the Gujarat Electronics Component Manufacturing Policy 2025 (GECMS-2025) policy are:

· Projects approved under the MeitY’s Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) will receive 100% assistance for setting up projects in Gujarat.

· Projects approved by the Union Ministry will get dual assistance incentive benefits from the Central and State with a single approval.

· The benefit of the Gujarat Government's ECMS will also be available in parallel from MeitY's approval to distribution and the incentive assistance will be paid within 30 days.

· Additional benefits of “Workforce Development Credits” and “Common Infrastructure & Logistics Facilities”

· Target of more than ₹35,000 crore new investments and increasing high-skilled employment in the state.

· Application to avail the benefit of the policy can be made till July 31, 2025.
