S.O. 3695(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 43 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India hereby makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. 97(E) dated the 10th  January, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) on 12th January, 2017, namely:-
