4.79% CVD+ADD on Chromium Dioxide Export to US, Turkey too on the Mat
[ABS News Service/04.11.2026
The International
Trade Commission has determined that a US industry is materially injured by reason
of imports of chromium trioxide from India and Turkey that the Commerce
Department found are sold in the United States at less than fair value and
subsidized by the government of India.
As a result of
the ITC’s affirmative determinations yesterday, Commerce will issue an antidumping
duty order and countervailing duty order on imports from India and an
antidumping order for Turkey.
Commerce last
month set final antidumping duty rates at 14.44 percent for India and 40.88
percent for Turkey and a countervailing duty rate of 29.35 percent for India.
