Lattice
Boom Crawler Cranes Dumped in US at 20% Margin
[ABS News Service/03.07.2026]
The International Trade Commission determined yesterday
that a US industry is materially injured by reason of imports of lattice-boom
crawler cranes from Japan that the Commerce Department has determined are sold
in the United States at less than fair value.
As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determination,
Commerce will issue an antidumping duty order on imports of this product from
Japan.
Commerce in June found dumping margins ranging from 12.36
percent to 20 percent.
