Momentive Withdraws Anti-dumping Case on Siloxane Polyoxyalkylene Copolymers (Lubricant) since Market Situation has Changed

[DGTR Termination Notification Case No. AD (OI) – 11/2024 dated 26 September 2025]

·         The domestic industry, M/s Momentive Performance Material (India) Pvt. Ltd., and under the provisions of Rule l4(a) of the AD Rules, 1995 the Authority hereby terminates the investigation initiated on September 30, 2024 vide notification No. 6/13/2024-DGTR against the imports of “Siloxane Polyoxyalkylene Copolymers having viscosity upto 2500 cst” originating in or exported from China PR.
