Zero Export Duty on Iron Ore Fines – Previous Notification Rescinded

[Customs Notification No. 145 dated 24^th December 2009]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), no. 129/2008-Customs, dated the 7th December, 2008, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 843(E) of the same date, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
