PCN Codes Listed for Steel Pipes from China Anti-subsidy Case

[DGTR F.No. 6/22/2018-DGAD dated 14^th March 2019]

Subject: Anti-subsidy investigation concerning imports of Welded Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes originating in or exported from China PR and Vietnam.

This has reference to the subject anti-subsidy investigation initiated by the Directorate General of Trade Remedies on 09th August, 2018.

2. After taking views and comments of all the interested parties on the proposed PCN methodology issued on 06.03.2019, it has been decided to adopt three PCNs for the concerned investigation as under:

a) 200 Series b) 300 Series c) 400 Series

3. All the interested parties are herewith required to provide PCN-wise information based on the above PCN methodology latest by 26th March, 2019.
