Product Specs Amended in Flax Yarn Anti-dumping Case

Subject: Clarification w.r.t PUC in the matter of Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of 'Flax Yarn of below 70 Lea count' originating in or exported from China PR.

With reference to Initiation Notification No. 6/3/2018-DGAD dated 7.2.2018 concerning imports of 'Flax Yarn of below 70 Lea count' originating in or exported from China PR, requests were received from the interested parties, to allow them to present their information on PCN basis in order to have fair comparison between normal value and export price. The matter has been examined and it has been decided by the Designated Authority to issue following PCN and that the cooperating exporters and DI may indicate the PCN of each of the transactions in the various appendices filed by them. The costing information may also be provided for each of the PCNs separately.

3. All the interested parties are hereby requested to give necessary information, in print and soft form. The. Designated Authority has decided to give additional one week's time (i.e. upto 29.5.2018) to all the interested parties to furnish information from the date of issue of this clarification.
