Dept Finds Aluminum from 14 Countries including India
Dumped

The Commerce Department announced Friday its final
affirmative determinations in the antidumping investigations of aluminum extrusions from China, Colombia, Ecuador, India,
Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
Commerce also made a positive determination in the
countervailing investigations of aluminum extrusions
from China, Indonesia, Mexico and Türkiye.
Commerce found dumping margins of 4.25 percent to 376.85
percent for China, 7.11 percent to 39.54 percent for Colombia, 12.50 percent to
51.20 percent for Ecuador, 0 percent to 39.05 percent for India, 7.62 percent
to 107.10 percent for Indonesia, 0 percent to 41.67 percent for Italy, 0
percent to 27.51 percent for Malaysia, 7.42 percent to 81.36 percent for
Mexico, 0 percent to 43.56 percent for South Korea, de minimis to 67.86 percent
for Taiwan, 2.02 percent to 4.35 percent for Thailand, 12.75 percent to 37.26
percent for Türkiye, 7.14 percent to 42.29 percent
for the UAE and 14.15 percent to 41.84 percent for Vietnam.
Commerce also found subsidy rates of 14.56 percent to
168.81 percent for China, de minimis to 33.79 percent for Indonesia, de minimis
to 77.84 percent for Mexico and de minimis to 147.53 percent.
The International Trade Commission is slated to make its
final injury determinations in both the antidumping and countervailing
investigations around November 12.
